How often will I connect with my mentor?

We commit to making prayer connections at the beginning of each week, focusing on ministry tactics two times and month, and quarterly goal setting personalized to your context.

What if I have an immediate need or question? Can we talk outside of the regular connections?

We’re in this together. You’re not alone! All mentees can submit more urgent questions/needs for guidance via email and expect to receive a response within 24-48 hours.

This sounds great, but give me the nitty-gritty. What will I focus on to improve as a ministry leader?

I serve under another staff member, will you work with them to make sure we’re on the right track?

We love the local church and trust that your staff has a mission and vision that you’re pursuing. We will work with your leadership to make sure that we are headed in the right direction in growing you as a ministry leader.

Alright, how much does it cost?

Although we have a range that we would charge, not all ministries have the same resources available. Paying and committing for a whole year is preferred, but monthly payments are available. This agreement is best determined in a personal conversation. Let’s talk!
